On my solo travels to Southern Italy I try to live 'the slow life' and enjoy the small wonders of the world. Going on long walks with my camera allows me to calm my restless mind, something I have trouble letting go of in my busy city life. Walking allows me to take in the scenery that unfolds in front of me, and be open to the unexpected things in life. 'La Vita Lenta' is an ongoing project in search of my own peace of mind and happiness.
